Epley's Maneuver Alone Vs. Epley's Maneuver with Betahistine for Mild“Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo” A Tertiary Care Hospital Study

Objectives: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of Epley's and maneuvers plus betahistine for treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in a Peshawar tertiary care hospital. Method: The took place from January 15th, 2018, 2019, at hospital evaluation. There are two types patients we aiming for. In group A, with underwent technique alone, whereas those B received both procedure betahistine. Results: Forty-seven participants participated research. were 15 women Group A (60%) ten men (10%) (55%-45%). Patients had mean age 35 years. combination maneuver was more successful than either treatment alone 75% success rate vertigo. contrast, 60% rate. Conclusion: “Epley's” operation solitary is effective vertigo, but when combined betahistine, results much better. Keywords: Benign manoeuvre, manoeuvre + “betahistine”.
